When the crisis of domestic violence, sexual assault occurs, Hope Alliance is there for the survivor.

We respond as advocates. The way we advocate for a client is dependent on the client’s needs and desires. If you are a survivor of domestic violence or sexual assault: Remember…you are not alone, and it’s not your fault.

Advocacy-based services use problem-solving methods and include

  • Identifying barriers to safety
  • Developing safety checking and planning skills
  • Clarifying issues
  • Increasing self-esteem and self-awareness
  • Improving and implementing skills in decision making, parenting, self-help and self-care
